You may use this website and our membership, research, and workshop services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or redistributing archive content beyond what your membership or plan permits.
3. Intellectual Property
All audio recordings, transcripts, written content, and branding on this site remain the property of Orlance unless otherwise stated. Access granted through a membership or research plan does not transfer ownership and does not permit resale or public redistribution without written permission.
4. User Obligations
If you register for a membership, workshop, or research plan, you are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for any activity conducted under your access. You agree to use citation-ready references responsibly and in line with academic or professional standards where applicable.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care in our documentary and editorial work, Orlance makes no warranty that content will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Orlance's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the preceding three months.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Edo State, Nigeria.
